1queation...i just bought a 017 simpack from 1 of the forumer...when i wanna make a call using this simcard, there is a voice recorder saying tat my line is blocked and have to register thru maxis center... is it normal?

1 question... now i can't put in number for activ5 for my new hotlink number, total plan...need help. Does it has any restriction in putting in activ 5 number?
