Anybody experienced crossed-line before? When I'm at my campus (MMU Cyberjaya), sometimes my outgoing calls is crossed to other unknown phone number (I dialed other number, but get connected to other unknown person's phone).
It happened few times before when I called my mom, but an unknown Indonesian guy answered the call. I tried again after few minutes, and I get connected to my mom's phone. I'm sure that I'm dialing the correct number because I'm dialing direct from my phone's phonebook, and I'm dialing the same number in both cases.
Just now, I tried to call my friend, but I get connected to another person's phone. He told me I got the wrong number. I tried so many times but I still get connected to that person's phone. It's embarrassing because it seems like I'm the one making mistake by dialing the wrong number when I'm 100% sure I got the correct number.
The problem seems to only happen when I'm at Cyberjaya, and not when I'm at my hometown. In both cases, the number I'm dialing is Maxis' numbers.
I lodged a report to Hotlink's customer service and they told me they'll investigate the problem.
this happened to my digi...... so dissapointed with it.....
for now, my maxis have not experience this.... but once got show TIME OUT....

I submit my case before, they said they will need 2-3 working days to investigate, been 3 weeks I didn't receive any call from them... You better follow up with them
previously i got called to 123 to complain tht i cant received my temporary pin for online view account.....
called twice....
1st, an sms was received, asking whether my problem is solved during 1st call....
then after 1 weeks plus, a customer service called me, asking whether my problems is solved or not.......
