u can access ur roaming by going into the easymenu [*100#] and select roaming and the country..but for me i dont care and it automatically changes to whatever network in that country

u can divert calls..but ur hotlink acc must have enough credit to make that call to the number u diverted to

yes ur right..divert when unreachable means when the person cant get you..like if ur phone is off or wtv busy means when u reject the call,no reply means when u dont answer ur phone

yea i've switched...i like the cheaper call rates but dont switch if u call alot to adjacent or non adjacent areas

if u use the code *136# maxis will activate ur 3g within 2 hours..for the settings u can get it thru the easy menu *100# and then Get Settings

nope u wont get any message that ur 3g has been activated (well i dint receive any ) just have to try to go on9 and for me last time moto user,my phone had a 3g sign showing that im connected thru 3g

yeah u can enjoy free video calls till end of this year...and nope hotlink isint like digi,dont have sms notification

just call maxis CS and tell them u want the settings for whatever phone ur using..they'll gladly send it to u

yeah its still valid i think..at least till b4 12 midnight lah

but come january maxis will force everyone to Total plan no?so even if ur on talk/sms plan now u'll still have to change anyway

i dont think 16k simcard supports 3g/video card...u'll need at least a 64k simcard.however.if u did manage to do video calls on ur 16k simcard,do let us know

urs is the 128k 3G simcard

dont need to pay if u upgrade to 128k but must pay rm65 if u upgrade to 256k simcard.just upgraded my dad's simcard so i know

u can check at the back of ur simcard where the gold pins are...mine says 64k on both my digi n hotlink 128k is the blue simcard with the 3G words on it and the 256k simcard has the 'limited edition' words on them

maxis has 128k simcard.its the 3G simcard which is blue-ish in colour

u dont need to upgrade to the 128k simcard for ur 3g to work..last time i used 3g on my normal 64k simcard and works perfectly

for those kind of promotion u have to be patient...last time i received that and have to wait about 2 weeks then only maxis credit the airtime into my account.

if u cant wait then just call up CS and ask them
