I don't understand something about hotlink. At tv advertisement about hotlink, it said that top up RM30 will get 60 days. Izit only for the new starter pack only? Cause, i had top up RM30 but it still 30 days.

only for the plan tat default with 014

actually a subline will be definitely cheaper

now rm25 deposit is waived

and rm10 as deposit for every month

if under sms option -- 1cent per sms to any 012/017 and 30cent flat rate for calling

i change my prepaid to postpaid without paying any fees, yesterday

64k-128k=free

and if u apply no bill and no itemised, and choose the bill to send to your email,rm5 for the bill waived

so the charge permonth will be (rm10+usage)x(5%)

but sub line call charges is a bit higher compared to p75...
*
yes
but if your usage is below 70, then no need use p75 ma

celcom minutes plan also nice

what i can say regarding postpaid and prepaid nowadays, postpaid cheaper if you are less sms....

prepaid only for heavy sms, seldom call, and perhaps those new to mobile phone children

Hey all, a newbie to Hotlink here...just need to know some stuff...

How long does it take for new Activ5 numbers to be activated? I entered a number last night, and today I SMSed that number and got charged 5 sen..... I also called and got the voice mail and was charged 8 sen.....if I'm not mistaken it's 30 second-blocks, so per minute is 16 sen?

Kinda confused....mine is the RM20 starter Total Plan...
*
rm20 is a number started with 012?

Hi guys, came across this thread while browsing. I need help in changing from Talk Plan to Total Plan. When I checked the hotlink site, they say to do this I gotta call in to the Maxis call center. When I did, the girl just said dial *108*8# and send. But when I tried on my phone, it said Service Not Available. I use an O2 Atom Exec btw. Anybody using PDA phone here and manage to get it changed? Pls help... Need the lower call rates!!!
*
no offence here..i though atom exec user all use postpaid as they arent care abt their bill...

and the plan thingy not related to phone....try it another time as today is new year eve and the traffic of network jammed usually

i think maxis network will prefer 3G if you are at the 3g coverage area, correct me if i am wrong

it will connect to gprs if you are out of the zone
