IIRC, it should be 1 cents per SMS for Activ5 numbers. Please re-verify if the numbers are in the Activ5 list.

My current strategy is to use Talk Plan and SMS to all my Maxis contacts using free SMSes redeemed from Hotlink Rewards.
Majority of my contacts in my address are using Maxis. |
