for the free decoder u hav to be 18yrs old n above & not hav astro at home n suscribe a new one..u'll also hav 2 pay the installation fee of rm100 iirc..swt

IMO, postpaid is more for business and prepaid is more for students. First of all activ5 rocks unless your circle of friends is very big lah. Students have a choice to call by fixed line rather than by cellphone. Also once you are on postpaid, you are on a monthly commitment in which not using enough is wasting.

just go to ur nearest maxis center n register ur prepaid number..while registering ask the guy about the free decoder thingy n he'll tell u wat to do frm there

Today saw Digi mobile broadband (Edge?) + free wifi spot access AD on newspaper, say up to 1.5Mbps and the pricing only Rm99.

Wondering will maxis reduce their unlimited data package on 3G/broadband + free wifi spot to compete this, say Rm88 (i'm sure more & more ppl will apply, at least I'm in )

Got ppl using ma this number,just called just now.

the promotion end this month 30 nov 2007, and if i not mistaken , the installation is rm 80 not rm 100.

if rm 100, don't need to register any simcard, just call straight to astro hotline then you will get the free decoder and installation is rm 100.;

i just got the message from maxis this morning.

i also got the message... after registering more than 7 times for 7 month...

dunno whether my previous registration sent to maxis by the dealer or not...
