i have flat feet + no arches. Are there any sneakers that i can wear or do i have to go to shops like foot solutions? My dad also has issues with his feet so he went to foot solutions and made some insoles to fix his issue. Is that the only option for me?

Perhaps Nike Epic React or Adidas Ultra Boost with some added insoles will help

from what u say, maybe it is nothing to be worried about... your feet not used to that long of the walking.
Do you have flat feet symptom? this is normally more painful in the middle arch there... this is what i have.

either u exercise more... or u do more frequent shopping walking...

PS* I am not doctor... I have the same problem as you. but mine is the flat feet sympton. main in the middle of the arch there...

You should get yourself a good set of insoles made for flat feet. Don't go to those in shopping malls. Go to a proper clinic specialist. It will be more expensive but it will work.

I experienced the same too...my feet muscle was in pain after too long walk, and felt the numb if I sat too long. Then I went to massage, I asked them why de hurt?

They said maybe I was obesity, too much eat oily food. But i'm not exactly too fat or obesity, maybe my fitness..

Then when fasting month came, I slimmed down a bit and noticed the pain is no longer felt. My weight also turn down abit. so its all good now.
Maybe try to do fasting, it is good for u. smile.gif

Feeling pain after few hours is pretty normal, not like u feeling pain after half hour walking.

But having pain in the leg can be potentially shoe problem. you probably need to find better shoe. I'm not sure about Crocs, perhaps try sport shoes and see if u feel any better?

To track ur progress, u can also carry a small note book with u to note down the type of shoe u are wearing (brand, shoe type, etc) and number of hour/minute u started to feel tired, uncomfortable or pain.

Yes. Shoes are very important.

I have flat feet too. I wear a pair good sandals at home, indoors. For outdoors, I wear Birkenstock, sometimes Oofos sandals... Most comfortable is, to wear sports shoes. Find shoes that can support the arches. There are paddings to wear, if shoes not good enough.

Another alternative, get a massage stick. When you are resting, hit your soles with the spiky part of the stick. Not really spiky but rounded head spikes..

Hit the centre, it's not painful at all. But very comfortable because it'll relieve the pain from your feet.

If you can't find such massage stick, try use your own hands to massage your feet. Use your thumb to press the painful part of the foot arch.

Hopefully can help.
