Finally a new tales and a good looking one at that. I do hope they ditch the stupid random weapon merging system from Berseria and Zestiria. Too much RNG and honestly not needed, I swear Japanese devs sure got a hard on on RNG.

Zestiria also had the worst AI ever, you cant even keep your AI partner to stay in merge form (forgot what its called where 2 character combine). Its like the dev dont even play their own game.

Much better IMHO , not that Scarlet Nexus is bad but with limited budget there is only so much they can do .
I am a huge fan of the masterful presentation of skitz via animated manga style .
ToA is currently the best reviewed jRPG this year and also the best reviewed Tales game ever made by Tales Studio according to metacritic .
Depends on how good SMT V is [which I am also a big fan of] ,  the title of jRPG of the year is going to be a fierce competition between this two.
