 Lazada refund for lost parcel

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and Gdex just informed me 1 week ago that they have lost my parcel in their transit(?stolen)and case updated to Lazada.So I informed back Lazada immediately also but their giving me different shitty excuses for past 1 week-Gdex will rearrage delivery again next week(i double confirmed with Gdex already-confirmed lost).So i feedback to Lazada again 3/6/19 and they told me that hell yes they known already and my case has been escalated and will process with refund within 48 hours.
So today i contacted Lazada again as no feedback/update from them,came back as my case under investigation and will inform me ASAP(again!?)
Anyone having similar experience with Lazada?

Very poor and unprofessional customer service also Very bad experience for me
