First of all, I'm sorry if I posted at the wrong section. As you can tell from the title of this thread, it is about phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to be retracted.

I had severe phimosis (not till like pinpoint but almost there) for many many many years. I have no issue with sexual intercourse till recently it start giving me problem. It causes me to have pain during the process. I was told to go for circumcision but instead of listening blindly, I decided to look up the internet and do research bout it. It seems that there are several method that can cure phimosis without having to remove it completely. I tried the stretching exercise that most people recommend. I do see some improvement with my private part. Attach internet diagram for better understanding.

Before I do any stretching exercise, my condition is at the 2nd. I can pull till number 3 but its hard to do and its painful to do so. After several months of doing the stretching exercise, I noticed I can pull until number 3 without much issue. Its minimal to no pain but except that 1 part, bottom of the foreskin. The left right and upper part of the foreskin no longer pain like last time. Does that mean my bottom part of the foreskin still tight?

Another thing, I tried pulling it down again just now with abit of lubricant. I can pull til number 3 without pain but when I push the foreskin back to its original state, the highest part of the skin fold under the lower part of the foreskin and it causes pain and discomfort.. Is that even normal?

I hope u guys understand what I meant..

don't simply cut la lol ... there are cases where the ppl who cut then suffer from another type of pain since they are not used not having the protective skin. one case the patient even suicided.
