Hi would like to get your opinions on two versions of MacBook Pro.

Price wise is about 1500 different.

Anyone who uses these two versions can provide your opinions?

2018 uses the third iteration of the keyboard, and if that goes bad, Apple had supposedly said that it will put in the 2019 version.

That alone should be the main reason to at least get the 2018.

Which Macbook are you looking for actually? The 13" or the 15"?

So far I've seen some companies giving about RM450-RM500 discounts on the 2018 models.

Apologies. Just checked, for the 13" I think the discount is just shy of RM200 or RM300 at the major retailers such as Thundermatch.

The Air, by virtue of the processor, of course is much slower. When you talk about gaming and video editing, the it is safe to say that the Air will not work for you for those two purposes.

(Better wording, would be, not work well for you).
