Hi, for a tyre with RFT, do they still have the same figures?

Example:
245/40R18 non-RFT is the same as 245/40R18 RFT
As recommended above for Michelin Primacy 4, there is no 245/40/R18 and also the whole range has no RFT version. Or I am missing something here?

u can use non run flat tyre of the same size. for michelin as i know they have pilot sport 4
