Potenza S001 with or without RFT also bumpy...

I'm looking an alternative for my wife's car, but most situation members will recommend non RFT, for safety purposes and due to a bad experience (almost got robbed), therefore, I still prefer RFT for her.

This tire very common of inner crack, although outside is perfectly fine, and very bumpy compare other brands (without RFT).
