I've got a really annoying problem. Whenever i sweep pick, i get quite a lot of string noise. My technique is above average, so i don't really think it's because of my technique. And whenever i'm playing lead, i also get unwanted noise.

So i was wondering, would a noise suppressor  do the trick? Would it really be effective? If so, which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance.  icon_question.gif

If I'm not mistaken, a noise suppressor is usually used when you're not playing anything and there's still a noise... like if you mute all the strings, and still there's noise coming out of your amp...

If you're playing and there's still a lot of unwanted noise, technique aside, it could be that your gain setting is too high... icon_rolleyes.gif
