Comparing Kia picanto 2014 model, Myvi 2013 highest spec version and proton Iriz 2014 premium model, which one do you think offers the best riding comfort and better suspension? Which one do you think is the most worthwhile purchase?

If you can find..a ford focus 2.0 tdci. ...320nm of torque is guaranteed to put a smile

Plus the suspension is derived from rally tech...first batch to use control blade rear shocks and front McPherson struts.

Diesel engine returns about 6.2l/100km ( real world on my ex car after remap )

Thanks for the prompt reply. Is it a reliable car? I have heard that ford in Malaysia isn't that reliable and cost of spare parts is expensive

In my 8 years ownership.....it was reliable. Only issue I had was battery replacement needed every year as it was a diesel ( higher CCA needed constantly). Engine oil replace every 10k, dct gearbox oil ( it's a wetclutch not the dry clutch shit) every 40k km

Ford aka sime Darby sucks but if you are in Klang valley...there's a few reputable workshop u can send it too.

Sold it and got myself a f30 320d. If im looking for something around that budget ...it will be the tdci......build quality, drive experience and the torque is just impressive....especially 2nd hand around 30k to 35k. 320nm 132hp from factory. Change the intercooler and decat exhaust I manage to hit 170hp 380nm on wheel (dynojet). Had to sell because condo only allow 2 cars else would have kept it

Thank you very much for the descriptive information. I saw on carlist.my website that 2012 ford focus sports plus could be bought for around 35k. According to your point of view and based on your experience, that model should be good too isn't it?

That's petrol or diesel?

Handling wise petrol is slightly better due to lighter engine but If I want fun..get the diesel....that's the best bang u can get ....320nm bruh....petrol maybe around 180 to 190nm..and that also need to tarik.....diesel full power out from 1300 to 1500rpm

Yeah it's a petrol. Wow thanks for the information bro. Do you think it's easier to find spare parts of this car and maintenance cost is relatively cheap ?

Maintenance is okay I suppose. Engine oil depending your preference
Typical service is around RM 400....gearbox every 40k around RM 1200
