For layout B, C and D, some of the walls are hackable for more flexibility.

Yes, it’s low density but maintenance fee will sure be sky high.
Not now but definitely will increase after 1st year. Moreover all small units.

claimed smart home, but just smart parking entry only, claimed it is 5mins away from midvalley,but its in front of vyne at sg besi, claimed residential but its commercial title. advertised as actual location at kuchai lama but it is sg besi just next to nirvana and a low cost high dense flat.

the above statement are by their sales agent who tries to confused ppl for abooking. pm me if u wanna avoid such HARDSELL AGENT NAME

that's why developer implemented kiple park, smart phone access which able to cut down a lot man power. and also if you realise the building are designed for easy maintain from kiple park - hotel concept control room - separate access point for contractor - swimming pool at mid lvl - rain harvest system - roof top facilities.

Recently a lot of agents are promoting a so called new 'kuchai lama' project with low density, only 150 units

When you ask them details eventually they will point you to this site doh.gif as far as I know only uno promenade here right?

Yup the vitis, will be having a look at it this weekend. Doesnt seem like a Kuchai lama development though, you got to cross the NSE and MEX to get to the Kuchai Lama MRT station too, something I dont think is doable unless there's a bridge.

That day I pass by saw the empty space(sandwich between the entrace to UNO & SBE highway) in front of UNO is being barricade. Anyone know what they going to do with that space? hmm.gif Hopefully not another development that's going to shoot up. rclxub.gif
