hi maxis, need help on my account. Currently am a hotlink 365 user expiring on 19 june soon. Is there any way for me to continue with hotlink 365? I cannot find the selection to buy in my hotlink app.

It is an old plan, use the old ways..
dial *100# , u should find the buy validity option under "My Acccounts & Others" (If your account support the long validity)..

That's right, I don't think it can be done via the app.

Okk my 365 expiring on 11june. I just reloaded rm100 and i get september expiry date.

Should i activate my 365 now before it expire or i can activate 365 just before september to get extension after september?

activate few days before ur expiry, now the 365 validity damn smelly, it starts from the date of purchase and not added on 365 days to your current expiry anymore.

I think users can complaint about this to skmm, if they really change anything of it.
u know, It would be a 1/4 validity lost , if user topup RM100 and then buy the validity immediately...

Called up Hotlink CS & was told that the 365 plan no longer exist. They are exhausting those plan out. Everyone will have to signup to a new plan when their's expire.
