Actually, been wondering for a long time now. Why need wear high heels?

I understand it looks somewhat appropriate but it is far from necessary. Anything that can have impact on worker productivity is far from "necessary".

Ties are appropriate but it is not necessary. Only reason to wear is for high social events. But normal working hours? Zero reason to wear.
