You can consider the smallest unit of Trion, after rebates, should be close to your budget. 70% furnished, freehold. It gets completed in 4 years time, so you have time to plan out your financials if you're okay with waiting and paying interest.I'd dump RC if I were you. That place is omg-high density. I don't think it's healthy to be staying in that environment, but each to their own.
