For me PureVPN speed not stable,but it has many IPs that others vpn company didn't provide.
Before my subscription expired,i always uses PureVPN to connect Singapore Toggle.
As i say in another thread-TM Unifi ,if you want best speed,best connection u need to setup your own private VPN server.
Otherwise most VPN company will not give you good experience.

You need to rent a server(either VPS or Cloud or Dedicated Server) from somewhere or any hosting company.
After that u access the server and install the vpn software that you want.
And you connect your private server as a private vpn lo.
The server then will only be use by you only. VPN will also use by you only.
The IP will also only assign to your server only.

As i say before-- You need some time and waste some money before you find a server that allow you to access some geo-block or VPN-block service. This will be same as you find different vpn company which will be share with others user and most vpn will be block from those vpn-block service.
