QUOTE(clj @ Jun 4 2019, 05:08 PM) Hi, my 205/45/17 ps4 is worn faster than my ps4 205/55/16 thinner profile use to be worn down faster? Theoretically possible because the thinner profile has less flexing and therefore can get more load pressure to the treads. However I personally have never confirmed this myself. My 18' now do seem to finish faster than when I use 17' before but cannot really confirm it yet. How much faster are yours? Are they on the same car? QUOTE(clj @ Jun 7 2019, 11:05 AM) both on different car 205/55/16 last 40k+ 205/45/17 about 24k now. from the thread, i think better change it at 30k. the prob is, i was driving on wet road at 110kmj the other day and the car was very shaky and unstable. i was shocked and feel like have to change them now. If on different cars then cannot be conclusive also because the weight, suspension etc. are different.
