Noob question. Is it possible to download .torrent from one PC and have it transferred to another PC and use it there? The .torrent is from oublic tracker, so .torrent files do not have private keys assigned to it

I just downloaded the .torrent file, but haven't put it onto the torrent yet. Ok will give it a try
