What i have done so far to confirm the Inbound call issue (goes voice message) post IOS13 upgrade :
1. Updated IOS 13 Dev 1/2/3
2. Downgrade IOS 12 and upgraded to IOS 13 public beta
3. Changed from e-sim to physical Sim
4. Hard reset phone twice.
5. Toggled airplane mode
6. Reset network setting
7. Called Maxis and requested them from their end
All the above not helping and the issue still persist.
Maybe related carrier (Maxis) issue that not fully compatible with UOS 13 beta as of now. I have checked out of Malaysia and none of them reporting such issues.
Resolution:
1. Downgraded to IOS 12 and everything working fine now.

I just do normal back up, this ios13 better drain very fast. Early morning unplug at 6am, connect Bluetooth headset n play awhile game. Better used 40% at 8am 🤦🏻♂️
