Well yes, with the iPhone 11 series onwards


3rd party apps are still supporting 3D Touch as of now

BTW, 3D Touch is kinda better than ios 12 since it brings the clicking sound when you 3D touch from the iPhone X to older 3D touch devices, doesn't feel like haptic touch like in ios 13 dev beta 1( it's very unresponsive)

The photos now show 3 photo per row. Anyway to make it like ios12 which show 5?

I always do a full iTune backup before every IOS update.
Just in case someting go wrong, at least you have a set of backup to restore.

is there any way to make gallery like iOS 12?

5 pictures per row instead of 3.

I pinch inward but nothing happened.

If you are talking about album, nope nothing you can do


By the way, Camera roll/All photos have moved to the photos tab in ios 13, you can use the pinch gesture or the +/- button on the top right for this

Had the same issue on last Tuesday. 17 Sept after I installed iOS 13 GM version which is the same as the iOS 13 public version released today. The phone became normal after around 1 hour and I immediately made an appointment to the Genius Bar that night and went to Apple Store today for them to run a diagnostic. They couldn't find any hardware related issue and they said it might be software issue.

No issues for me

Edit: some shortcuts seem to have compatibility issues with ios 13
