You’ll need to register for the public beta program at beta.apple.com

iOS 13 is going to be released to the public(stable) in sept 2019

It’s going to release next month. If you can wait then just wait for the release. Been running the betas since first beta and it has been ok so far for me.

Waiting for the GM/ final though as this should be the most stable version.

Yeah, if your iPhone is your primary daily driver and you don't want to take any chances, then best wait for the official release smile.gif

No GM this time. Public will get iOS 13.0 straight. Beta Testers will go on 13.1 betas.

Those who dont want to be in Beta after the public version is out need to roll back using iTunes. Sakit.

The easiest way to remove the public beta is to delete the beta profile, then wait for the next software update. Here's what to do:
Go to Settings > General, and tap Profiles & Device Managment.
Tap the iOS Beta Software Profile.
Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device.
When the next public version of iOS is available, install it to move back to a non-beta version of iOS. If an update is already available, you can install it by going to Settings > General > Software Update, but the iOS version must be later than the version you have.

Do you think this method apply for moving back from iOS 13.1 beta 2 to iOS 13.0 official version next week?

To install iOS 13GM, you’ll need to use 3U tools to install it

You may lose some data in the process( lost an app in the process)

After your phone starts(after downgrade in my case), data may still be restoring
