Tried, can't get thru. I think it was puasa month previously and now raya time.

Unlimited call to all networks doesn't work, only can call to the previously set Hotlink Frenz number.

Yeah, managed to get thru to the customer care line, said same thing, but new info was, if we let the Hotlink to auto renew the plan, then this problem crops up, but if we subscribe the plan anew from the app, then this problem will not occur. Don't know how true it is.

Seems like backend they did some changes without checking their stuffs. Customer service can't promise when the refunds for calls wrongly charged will be done.

Congratulations, @#Hotlink, totally no reply at all. Customer service operators don't know do what. If you are not going to address queries, then why have this sub-forum at all?

Customer experience have dropped, Net Promoter score gonna be 1 from me.
