From what i know, acrylic is more suitable becoz it doesnt dry fast like lacquer.. but i am using lacquer for handpainting. havnt try arcylic though.
hmm.. enamel i tot for lining only? correct me if i'm wrong

enamel is most suitable for hand painting .... reason is enamel dry slowest among all 3 so not much brush line will be leave behind .....

but take note that the reason they use hand paint is because they wanted to paint those small and hard to reach places .... for big area they usually use spray cans .....

enamel is not just for lining la ..... if u ask around those old military modelers they use more enamel then lacquer and acrylic .....

Is there anyway to ship mr.hobby spray can to my place? T_T kuching no one sells and i cant afford AB. I know through ship can but HOW?

here in penang also same no one selling SPRAY CAN so have to force handpainting for now. But suggest u save up ur $$ and buy AB better alot just like me try to achive ^,^

this is the marker set that they r using ......




since the above way using marker is usable that also means using enamel hand paint is also possible .... just apply the edge and side with enamel paints then slowly blend the side to the center ..... then top coat it so that when doing lining the shading wont be rub off ........

Hehe, i just wondering, those gundam marker & normal painting marker is it same ????

Em let say after i use gundam marker paint, when i lining the detail, is it can't rub or erase for error part ??

yup after painting if using the lining marker can still erase the error.

But i heard some of the info that say can't erase..
But how to erase the wrong marker painting area? I just now waiting dry and use cutter scratch it.

gundam marker?? the color one... can be wipe with those nail polisher....
