oh havent mention to u ppl yet! They having different set of size for the AB too! They are 0.5, 0.3 and 0.2! it is just like those pen we used the bigger the wider it can spray! So if u want to do the AB stuff like tat guy up they it is advise to get a smaller number one like 0.3 or 0.2!

For ur info i got 2 AB to used continuously no need to stop and wash! Very Convenient!

BTW, for compressor rite, which type would u guys recommend, cos i heard like got diff types.

My boss uses one, which can be used whole day without turning off. Really good la. Think it was written 40 hp at the side.
He said AB + Compressor around 800 plus. I think it's abit expensive, but very worth it lo cos the compressor can literally run whole day.

ur boss maybe using industry compressor...
basically u no need ur compressor run whole day,
couple hours is enough...

The compressor is not run whole day. It will switch on when the pressure is below set limit. If run whole day, your electric bill can kill you. I ve compressor function like this. I just let it on for whole day, but it won't run if you don't use it. The compressor alone can cause over RM1k. A reasonable quality AB is cause around rm200+. Mostly made in taiwan. I think it is good enough. 0.3 size should be ok. 0.5 is too big and 0.2 is good also if you have extra $$.

Did some asking and found out there's 2 types, with and without air tank. If without air tank needs to off every half an hour or so to let it cool down rite? Gotta wait how long? Anyone with this type of compressor?

no iwata is too expensive for me
i use sparmax only (5 years of serving me now) only change minor spare parts one the gun part

i use those mini compressor also which if follow need to off and rest for 15 mins...

but then...most of the time i spray not more than 15mins also then stop to continue with masking or maybe sometimes to wash and change color...

i got 2 gun also but one is for color and the other for priming
color one use 0.3 and prime one use 0.5

price could be different all the time
and you need to clean ur gun very frequent to prevent clog...once clog then you will have to do more work clean it up
and not easy also

If budget is limited, just take it. Even if the AB won't give you good result, pratice your skill to overcome it. Once you have budget than consider more expensive one. I start with a basic one during school time. With a basic Badger AB and a super noisy overheat compressor pass down from my father. I train my skill to compensate the basic AB. Even it is tough, but it worth it. Once I work and have $$, one short I change to good comp+AB.

lol well if want good result better buy good quality + relaible compressor so that it won't break down easly and way cheaper if u count future ahead cost of maintaince. but for me i don't even have an AB b4 then i use handpainting to paint my gundam nia then save up change a good 1 so that can get things goes smoothly.

Do anyone here know where I can get mixing paint's jar around KL?

(TM's de is freaking expensive.....lol.. infact they over-overpriced...)
