i told this last time already

only recommended to assemble once you done everything...u think spray on the runner are more easy and save your paint but you are very wrong

you waste more paint and also waste time as you need to do two times job.

and seam line are take care before you sand prime and paint...

lol true true for people who use Spray Can and AB but for hand painting is different abit mine all use to painted 1st at the runner then only touch up while assembling use to handpaint can easy cover up the tone not like AB delicate process. and it save time

My current model kit in work:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

I'm using industrial spray can, and no primer. But now i'm running out of paint (well, the paint are used for painting MG SF frame before).
I bought the kit about 2~3 years ago. Still got one more FSS kit (1/100 LED Mirage w/Flame Launcher) to assemble (also bought about 2~3 years ago)

Huhu, not sure about that. But the spray paint itself was bought not long after I bought the kit (about 2~3 years ago too). But when I spray on the MG SF inner frame, it looks ok, maybe due to the original color of MG SF (normal) is already gold(not shiny, but still have the gold color). My KOG original color is plain yellow.
Most of the part is have 4-layer of paint sprayed, bu dunno why the gold is dull like that

that 1 u need to get trial and error 1 and i did mix retarder. and for your notice if u have AB better use AB lor because more smooth then handpaint but also got limit where handpaint can give twice the detail look than AB

>>Chris: Oh... Tht time cos the parts i wanna paint are really small. But then my work wasn't so good, ended up masking and AB instead. But heck, i've learnt few things by tht, painting and masking.

But masking really is a tedious work la ><

Super Clear UV Cut... did you spray it on non-white surface?
