Weathering gundam marker is super easy to used and mostly ppl tend to used it with a paint brush, cotton buds and tissue! They wipe those paint to cre8 effect!

also depends wat type of weathering u wan....
different effects uses different methods to do... smile.gif

there are 3 "levels"
500,1000, 1200... these numbers represent the smoothness of the surfacer..
500 is rough, 1000, is smooth, 1200 is very smooth..
usually everyone uses 1000 smile.gif

that weathering marker can apply directly to gundam plastic? i mean.. no need to paint first?
how it compare to powder pigment than..

Currently i just used those bottle forms one! I mix them with thinner and spray them on my kit! Cheaper than those can form!

can!
powder pigment give u some solid visual effect while the weathering marker give u more like liquid effect and is really good on those armor and metal part!

pls correct me if i'm wrong:

apply paint at the edge of a part and then "drag" or wipe the paint to the center is call shading?

then wat i have been doing, apply ink at the panel lines, make the colour spreads outside the panel line is call shading as well?
