Dear all sifus,

What tires would you recommend as an alternative to the Goodyear GT3? Around within same price range smile.gif

Asking this for my wife's Honda Jazz.

Current issues I feel with the GT3 is it gets very much noisier as it wears.. I also heard that the wet grip is not good, but so far I feel the grip still "Ok" .. But want to know if have better alternative, for noise comfort/grip.

Thank you smile.gif

As far as i know most GY tires will get noisy over time. their low end passenger tires are noisiest. If you dont mind why not try GY assurance triplemax 2?
185/60R15 instead of your stock ( it is really not much of a differance https://tiresize.com/comparison/ ). as far as i know. My GY Assurance triplemax1 was really good and quiet. Very good performance in Rain, heavy rain is very confident at 90kmph. In dry the braking distance really is shorter than my old Conti CC5 (i change it at 20k km, cannot tahan). Now my GY ATM1, 60k km and going its not that noisy, need to change soon.

But if you insist to keep the same size maybe just stick with Conti CC6, at least it is really quiet, with average grip. Mich XM2 better than CC6 but noisier than GY ATM2 and CC6. Go try GY ATM2, got assurance program, better performance at an affordable price.

I changed from 175/65/15 to 195/60/15 on stock rims on my city. No fender rubbing or any problem. Plus I hate going smaller diamater than stock and lower ride height.
