Its like universities expecting to see your primary school results when you apply for universities.

Another stupid thing about malaysian job application is expecting to see your picture in the resume. In western countries, you are in fact discouraged from doing this.

I beg to differ. I have worked in the US before and GPA matters even for your 2nd or 3rd job. My friends are working in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and GPA is still a determinant if the position you are applying for is competitive. People go to universities to get their degrees ain't for nothing
