 Does your CGPA matter after your first job?

So even if you're a senior in your field with multiple experience, your averaga gpa from 10 years ago can still be used against you?

Thats quite encouraging to hear. My gpa very average (3.0 ngam), So I worry a bit. But theres also another poster that said in Malaysia, companies DO care about cgpa past the first job. So I guess the final answer is that it really depends on the country you're in.
