i got 2.34 cgpa and i get called up and offered by carigali twice after 7yrs working. i am a chinese

i can see if they see how relevant u are to the position u applying and how much u can offer to the company. Ur uni grade is the last thing they see if ur experience already like 10yrs, and they just want to confirm u are actually a legit holder of the degree cert.

If u can perform urself for interview, they will no see ur rubbish paper cert.

unless a few candidates and all can perform at interview, all show same enthusiast, same exp level, same location, everything same, but 1 is 1st class 1 is 2nd class, then they see result. they do also see if u are single or married, and they see the base location is near to your hometown or not or near to where u currently residing. Alot factors, but cgpa wont weight much after u 10yrs exp compare to other factors.

heck, in malaysia even working in sarawak and sabah also they see u are sabahan or sarawakian more important than ur experience lol.
