Remember an interview is also the time for you to find out more about the company. One of the things I cannot stand is for a company (and the employees) to blindly follow policies that don't make sense, in this case requiring CGPA for candidates that are far past their graduation date.
If they're not flexible enough with these types of policies, how flexible would they be with other policies eg. package negotiations or when you're asking for a raise or promotion? Good luck in your job search. |
