It is possible to find a DSLR tripod below RM100, but do not expect quality.
Retail shops do not carry any DSLR tripod below RM100 due to unable to warrant the product. It be better if you up your budget to RM200, there's a wider choice for that price.

Even so, you'll be getting light weight plastic like material made up ...
Unless you'll be only doing indoor shoots, yea i'll recommend investing more in a sturdier tripod.

- Manfrotto compact light / compact action
- Buffalo Pro-20M

I'll recommend either one models from these 2 brands as they're trustworthy brands for DSLR tripods but do note some of them are clip type on their legstands instead of the screwbolt which imo is easier and user friendly. Some of them don't come with the panhead, so if you're doing videos as well you might want to look at other models.

You'll find plenty of result from just googling these 2 brands,
hope that helps.

This is kind of tripod not versatile in my opinion because the legs are attached to the middle rod. I purchased one of this before and never used it after I get my Jusino carbon fibre tripod which the legs are independent and you can adjust to multi angle to get the perspective you want and one of the leg can be detached to use as monopod.
My suggestion is save more money and get a good sturdy tripod. You can find a used one for good price. Even the tripod I'm using now is second hand and purchased it for 40% of the brand new price.

If you have expensive equipment, get a good stable Tripod.
Do you shoot videos as well, then you will need which can do panning.
Do you shoot where there are strong winds at time, then you need something robust.
Do you need robust and light, then you will need something of carbon Fiber, Aluminium tripods.
Manfrotto Compact Light Aluminum Tripod, good and cheap.
But only you can decide your needs.
Cheers
