As we know many missing items cases happens around Malaysia each days especially the high tech items. I will place a poll for anyone who would like to recommend and review on which would be the best courier service and which is the worst so that we can choose our courier company easier and reduce of lost items.

Please do let us know when there is any bad experience or lost stuff happening around so that we might prevent it from happening again by choosing other more recomended courier company.

p/s : We are not here to criticize or demote any company. Just giving own thoughs on experience and opinions towards a better experience and reducing the rate of lost items and so called 'crime'. thank you for your participation

Well, GDEX is one of the good service i have seen so far. The rest is either too exp fees charged, too lousy service attitude, slow delivery etcetcetc

But GDEX price would be slightly higher compared to poslaju.

One thing i dont like about poslaju is their service attitude over the counter. We can only insure the parcel in poslaju centre but not post office. I still wonder the reason why.

Let's say:- If we do not insure the parcel and happen to be lost or damaged thus they not going to pay us compensation. But did u guys aware that the disclaimer and clauses inserted behind the poslaju consigment note about the lost and damages parcel compensation terms? *speechless*

The rest seems not too good aint too bad...
