Super Noob questions from me,
If i buy and use Biostar TA690 G AM2 mobo, can i play high end games (Eg; COH,DOOM,NFS..) without any add on GPU?

Super noob q: will the LCD monitor response time, 8ms..5ms..2ms..bla..bla.. will effect the game performance? i mean will it lag if got 'low' response time such 8ms?
