High performance RAM is different, they were hand picked, and have some strict performance requirement to pass on each RAM chips (timings, speed etc). That's why normally they faster and more expensive

Why not? Even the lowly HD 2400 or 8500 can handle it if you just want to run Vista without playing games

You don't need any. Just play games, if you see any graphics anomaly then it have problems. Or you can use ATiTool and use their 'Scan for artifact scanner' to check for graphics anomaly

Normal, that's the base speed, its DDR (Double Data Rate) so you multiply 333 x 2 you get 666

Use FAT32 IF only you plan to plug it to earlier windows like 98, ME etc. If not NTFS will do just fine

A mobo don't bottleneck a graphics card, CPU does (even this doesn't matter much), as long as it have PCIe X16 you'll be fine

Yes, put the slower ones (CL3) on the first slot and set the timing to CL3 (or whatever the slowest might be) in the BIOS. This is if the CL3 module can't run at CL3, and this is IF both module have the same capacity, if not they can't run dual channel

You can't see from that pic, underneath the fan there's a plastic bracket that lock the fan to the heatsink, open up the heatsink and you can see the clip that the mounting bracket that holds it to the heatsink. It's pretty straightforward, and common sense
