[NEED HELP] Suggestion regarding Listing, Name listing

Hello guys, so I have a project to be done which is updating a list of names approximately for 30 Floors. The list would probably look something like this :-
No | Name | Department | ID Number | Health Status | 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Is there any online platform that the name list can be accessible by everyone so that they can update the listing themselves? Other than google sheets. It would be really great if you guys could help me out. Thanks  |
