What are the requirements for such listing?

1. User login with id and password to view / edit listing.

2. User only can edit specific floor / rows? specific column?

3. Log tracking to see who modify which floor?

Suggest to use telegram with programmed bot, update into database, then display out using server side languages.

Would be great if you could sketch your idea, user interface, the process flow, how many people will use it, desktop program or web based through Chrome or Firefox etc.
