It doesn't make a difference which version of Windows 10 you use for gaming. You gain no benefit from going higher than Home.

Professional/Enterprise only has additional features like AD joining, Bitlocker, Hyper-V etc which has no benefit on gaming at all. If anything it only takes up space that you could save.
