hello guys, i recently purchased a custom pc from shop and they installed my pc with window 10 enterprise evaluation, is there anyway to change to window 10 without clean format? I tried using window media tool but it seems to ask me to clean install..

No luck, you have to reformat and clean install.

All you need to do is activate the Windows 10 using the CD-Key you have purchased and it will automatically revert to the correct version you have purchased (eg. Home / Pro). All your data & installed software will still be intact.
