Two months ago, I realized my left and right cheek popping out few pimples. I was shocked so I rushed to a beauty center for face treatment. At that time, the beautician popped my pimples using needles and then she applied some skincare steps. But I saw my face got red and black acne spots. I asked her whether they could disappear or not and then she said yes. She gave me toner, vitamin e cream, and sensitive cream for me to apply on my face. After a period of time, I noticed my face haven't improved that much instead the situation even worse. I saw there is a facial promotion so I decided to do the second time. She used needle to clear my pimples inside my left cheek because there is a pain when touching and then she applied some skincare steps. This time she gave me low amount of vitamin e cream and sensitive cream for me to apply on my face. Few days later, I noticed there is a bigger pore due to the acne extraction. Also my left and right cheek became inflamed and flaky. Am I being cheated by them? Should I go back to ask for clarification? Or go to see dermatologist?

After two rounds and you still wanna go back. Time to seek a dermatologist and handle this carefully.

1 product may not suit everyone. For example, someone use SK2 got good result, someone else use it will grows pimples. The best is to go Watson/Guardian to buy general product and test until you find something suit you. Of cause, if you are not poor, you can try branded product like shiseido, kose, sk2, dermalogica or etc. All these options are for external. You should also take note of what you eat. Start from today you have to eat more salad, less meat less oil less spicy. Not to forget not enough sleep is one of the reason to have pimples, 40-50 years old people also will kena.

Please note that use needle to pop a pimple, you need to use scrub for months to clear the scar. next time wait until it dried up then squeeze it out.

Please do not go back there. Popping pimple is not the way to solve your skin problem. Go see a proper skin doctor or dermatologist who will prescribe you the right medication e.g. retinoids and your pimples will clear. These are prescription creams that you can only get from doctor.

I messaged them about my face condition and they told me to go back. Should I go back to confront them? What to expect from their answers? I think my face condition is getting worse because of the risky face treatments and drugs to encourage me to go back for their profit.

If you have to keep going back & spend more which worsen your problem, then you might need to be caution already. It’s a common tactic to make you keep coming back & spend more. Well it’s normal that people keep going back to their favorite centers regularly but that’s for maintenance. Yours is different since it’s worsening. So you might wanna look elsewhere.

Also, just know that pimples is caused by bacteria. Anything else are just secondary factors that’s makes your skin conducive for the bacteria to breed. So as long as you carefully look after your hygiene & prevent the bacteria from getting onto your face, you should be fine. If you go to a doctor also, the doctor will give you antibiotic to clear off the bacteria & isotretinoin to shrink your oil glands so it couldn’t produce oils.

I went to visit dermatologist and he gave me cleanser, affected area cream, moisturizer, Loratadine and Cetirizine oral for me. Is the doctor solution applicable to my face problem?

Dermatologist first. Then - in some cases of acne you need to take antibiotics inside and outside, use special anti-inflamation gel. And after only post acne will stay - use acid peelings (and SPF factor creams).Rethynol gives the best skin you can ever have but it takes time and nerves

I noticed there is a red bump on the right side of my nose. I think it happened because I didn't realize the high fan speed air con from my car direct blowing on my face when driving. Besides, I noticed there is a minor cut with non-bleeding and leaving white line mark on my nose . I think it happened because I accidentally scratched my nose when washing face. How to solve these problems?
