Try using forwarder like ezbuy etc.

Tried once but ezbuy is very expensive

direct taobao shipping got many restriction. use third party forwarder.

if ur thing can masuk container (I think you seen those in ports), certainly it can be shipped. If the item is bigger than container, it shouldnt be selling in taobao.

I really hate Taobao shipping nowadays. Too many restrictions.

Nowadays I primarily use 8Daigou. You'll need to bank in to their local bank account and get equivalent RMB in your 8Daigou account. Then you can enter the taobao item in their page and select the item you want. You'll have some control over tracking instead of asking agents over and over again. They even offer checking the item before consolidation for extra charges but I have never tried it before. Managed to buy some crane remote which I can't buy via taobao shipping.

I don't think it's possible without looking at the item.

I bought big item in size and the store rejected to accept before transfer to Malaysia and the seller charged me the courier fee with the reason that I rejected to accept. Hence, seller sufferred loss...

I made appeal and until has no outcome on my return money request because the seller wanted me to bear it. That is not my mistake or problem but the seller wanted me to bear.

Yup try use 3rd party forwarder like others suggested here. So far I'm happy with Boxku service but for shipping small items. If you're in doubt can email or message them on their FB first the reply is prompt.
