27" 1440p 144hz monitor recommendation, For gaming, entertainment and work

Hi guys, can you recommend a brand/model for a 27" 1440p 144hz monitor? I'm totally new to PC monitors coz I've been using laptops for almost a decade d.
I mostly play AAA single player games like FF XV, Dragon Age Inquisition, Witcher 3, etc, so was wondering if I should get a TN or IPS monitor, or if I should just get a 24" monitor instead. My budget is around RM1.2k  Thanks in advance |

Since its similar to what berryblur asking I might as well ask here.
Anyone know about this asus monitor. Designo mz27aq. It 27 inch 1440p 60 hrz. 5ms. Not for gaming though. Anyone has any experience with it? |
