I can't find the cancellation of Auto Renewal feature when I dialed *100# and tried looking in the Menu. So i called 1-300-82-0120 yesterday and the Hotlink staff asked me to go to the Menu to look as he said the cancellation of Auto Renewal feature is in there.

So i tried looking for several more times but couldn't find it. I then called Hotlink again today and a different staff said that there is no way I could cancel the auto renewal as they are currently experiencing some issues with the Hotlink Fast service, something like that. The staff asked to try looking in the Menu several days later to see if the Auto Renewal feature will appear.

Does anybody have any idea if i can cancel the Auto Renewal of the data plan with other methods? The Hotlink support staff seems to be not helpful. Also, this Hotlink service is terrible since users can't cancel the auto renewal at any point now and there is no clue when the service or feature will be reinstated.
