I got a reply from touch and go
on offline use(without data or wifi) "for PayDirect yes you can! But when scanning QR codes you will need internet" So I can go to merchant to use - they just scan the bar code on the top right ? Starbucks card you can take screenshot and it works just like opening up the SB app. |
