Hi. Need help from any of working parents out there.

Me and my wife are both working. Next year our kids going to be standard 5 and standard 1.
My mother is the one who take care of them now, but she is tired and want to rest. I respect her decision.
So starting next year we have no relatives to help.

The problem that we going to have is the logistic part of sending and picking them up from school.
The school at our place have 2 sessions, standard 4, 5, 6 morning and standard 1, 2, 3 afternoon.

We could arrange a transport to pick both of them up but since no one would be home my standard 5 kid could not go home and my standard 1 kid wont have anyone to prep him for school.

We've been cracking our heads on this but could not find a good solution. Transit homes are an option that is not very favorable to us.
We know this problem is not unique to all working parents so hoping anyone who have experienced this before could provide some guidance.
