UPDATE - I have in mind to decide between this 2. Oral B Pro 3000 VS Xiaomi Mi Electric Toothbrush, priced at 409 and 149 respectively. Would appreciate some comparison between this 2 and why is the price difference such a huge margin other than the brand itself, I'm more concern about the quality / spec wise.

So I plan to get an electric toothbrush to replace the manual toothbrush, since it's easier, more convenient, and more efficient in cleaning plague and etc. So far I decided to get one from Oral B, since I'm told and also after much research, Oral B seems to be one of the best if not the best. But before I make my decision on buying one, some recommendations on which model of electric brush i should get would be nice as I'm clueless so far. I just need a basic one that does the job, that's pretty much it.

Using this one now : Oral-B Pro 3000 (dark blue handle)

- Just that the brush head is not cheap to replace.

Bought few years ago close to RM500 if not mistaken ..

Regardless, I advise by dentist not to brush too much =.=!!

Be it using manual or electric toothbrush because the tooth root expose ..

If money not a concerned, it worth buying .. Otherwise just share with siblings / partner since you can change toothbrush head to use it individually.

My experience, never look back since .. I can really feel the different between using manual toothbrush vs the electric one.

I have both.

Bought Oral-B for my wife 2-3 years ago. i remember quite pricey. She don't bother using it also. It's round shape. I find it's quite small and a bit hard to brush certain area. The grip is good though.

Got myself Xiaomi Soocas X3 from shopee at RM 149 and lovin' it so far after 3-4 months of usage havent change the head. Cool looking. The charging port is very simple looking and small compare to Oral B where u can put few heads there. Head is okay - normal shape & size with softer brush. Twist abit for deep cleaning. If i do that with Oral-B my gum will bleed. Apart from that, the grip is quite slippery when ur hand is dry. i love to use strongest vibration, toothpaste will spill all over the mirror (have to brush with mouth close). Button not as sensitive, need to press harder.

Its much cleaner to use electric brush rather than brushing myself.

Mine is Xiaomi Soocas 3 i believe. Was planning to get black but no stock. Price at RM 149 from Shopee.
Feedback as above. Other than that, i can tell the brushing time 2mins (sorry cannot remember well) cause that's recommended brushing duration but i usually 3-4 mins. Charge every month or so. 4 different speed/strength watever u call that. That's all i guess.
